How to Detox Properly

Everyone has heard about detoxification, especially this time of year.  If you delve into health long enough, you’re bound to see detox plans promising weight loss and resilient health.  Unfortunately, nowadays there are so many fad detox plans out there that leave you feeling worst then when you started.  In this podcast, Dr. Matt shares how to detox properly, and how it’s a whole body approach.  He also shares his thoughts on juice cleanses and how to incorporate them correctly in your detox plan.  Plus, he gives insight into how detoxification benefits our bodies.  Kick the idea that a “fad detox” plan is what you need to get your body going, and understand what your body actually needs!  Check it all out on the very first podcast, “How to Detox Properly.”

    Suzi – this WONDERFUL!! Great job and wish you the very best with your new podcast venture. I am astonished as our naturopath in CT here is also a DR. Matt and he went to the same school! GREAT school.
