Matt Angove, ND received his medical training at Bastyr University the premier medical school for natural health training and one of only four fully accredited naturopathic doctorate schools.

He did his undergraduate studies at Oral Robert’s University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science with pre-medicine emphasis.  Before transferring to Oral Robert’s after his sophomore year he attended Warner Pacific College where along with nutrition studies also played basketball and ran for the cross country team.

    Hey Suzi
    I just listened to this podcast and loved it! I recently got a Berkey and it has been the best decision! Anyways I heard you mention about taking a prenatal. I was wondering what brand you take? It’s so hard to sift through all the options out there and wonder if you are taking a good one.

      Hi Kambria, thanks! I am currently taking Seeking Health’s Chewable Multi-vitamin. I take two of them. They’re technically not a prenatal but I couldn’t stomach the other ones. I also take Seeking Health’s Liposome Vitamin D-2 drops. Their fish oil and their L-5-MTHF Lozenge for extra folate. Hope that helps!

    I just listened to your podcast and it was awesome! I wanted to mention a water bottle I use for my daughter that I thought you might be interested in. It is called the Pura Kiki (I bought mine on Amazon) It is stainless steel and the lids are all silicone, no plastic woohoo! We have the straw lid but they make a sippy cup lid, a nipple and it fits other major bottle brand nipples on it too. We really like it and it is a little more durable than glass for the little ones.

    Hi Suzi! Thank you for all the info! I was curious – do you or Dr. Matt know if sparkling water is ok to drink? Sometimes I drink it when I am craving soda – I find the fizz really does the trick. I have tried to find an answer just by Google searching it, and the little I have read seems to indicate that there isn’t any harm. Any thoughts…?

      Hi Elizabeth! Yes, it’s totally ok. 🙂 I love me some sparkling water too! I like adding lime or lemon-so good. The only research I’ve heard Dr. Matt say about it before is with teeth. It can wear down teeth a little, but just drink it with a straw-problem solved!
