Kloverbox Review

I was excited to receive Kloverbox in the mail!  Kloverbox box is a monthly subscription box of lifestyle products from nutrition, natural beauty and healthy home brands.  I love that it offers a little of everything, and not just nutrition or beauty-it’s fun to mix it up.  You can either choose between a monthly subscription, three month subscription or a six month one-time purchase.  And the cost of shipping, nothing!  It’s free in the U.S. and right now they don’t ship outside the U.S.  I also found their packaging standards to be on point!  The box you receive every month is recyclable, recycled, biodegradable, renewable, reuseable and upcycled…did you get all that?!  Pretty awesome! Even the crinkle paper is made out of 100% recycled material-go Kloverbox.  The box is $25 a month for a one time purchase but you get a discount if you sign up for three or six months.  I had the pleasure of sampling two boxes, the September box and October Box.  I found some stand out products and couldn’t wait to share them with you!

A lot of times people ask why subscribe to a monthly box?  Fair question-here’s my answer.  I’ve found monthly subscription boxes to be a great way to buy product without having to pay full price.  Everything is discounted since you only pay the subscription fee.  You end up getting a ton of stuff for a fraction of the cost.  Monthly boxes also introduce you to new products that you may never have found otherwise.  They also save you time because you don’t have to go and look for product-it’s just delivered to your front door every month.  Plus, monthly subscription boxes are a great gift idea!

Ok, enough chit chat.  Let’s talk about my favorites from the two boxes I sampled.  These pictures don’t include all the products from both boxes, just the ones that I loved!

September Box-

Buddha Fresh- Where has this stuff been all my life?!  Buddha Fresh is an all natural air freshener that uses organic bamboo charcoal to soak up odors.  There is nothing toxic about it!  The product comes in a burlap sack with the charcoal in it and you just place it wherever you want it to absorb the stench.  If that wasn’t cool enough, it also lasts for up to two years!  Talk about economical.  Oh and it’s biodegradable if dumped in the soil!  For me it’s a win/win.  Conventional air fresheners are toxic all around.  Buddha Fresh is the perfect solution.  No artificial scents or fragrances trying to mask the odor, instead Buddha Fresh just takes care of it!  I highly recommend this product.  I love using it to soak up stinky shoes!

Balanced Guru Energy Mist- This energy mist is the perfect ticket for promoting feelings of balance.  It also helps to encourage joy and playfulness.  I really like the smell.  It has hints of sandalwood, vetiver, lavender, bergamot and ginger.  It smells energizing and crisp to me.  I would spray it away from my face and breathe in but you can also spray on your skin or clothing too.  The little travel size was perfect for my purse.  It’s also organic and cruelty free.

CUCCIO Somatology Power Flow Yoga– I’ve never received a dvd of any kind in a monthly subscription box yet and I’m really digging this one!  I’m not a yogi at heart and have only done a handful of yoga classes but I must say it was fun to have a dvd that guided you through a session.  Yoga I found can be really centering and great for your muscles after intense workouts.  I tend to gravitate to more strenuous workouts, so this was a nice change of pace. I loved that there were beginner poses and advanced.  It helped to calm my mind and ease my muscles.  So excited to have this to go back to again and again!  A great pick by Kloverbox!

October Box-

People Towels- I was so ecstatic to see a people towel in the box!  These towels are made from 100% certified organic cotton and are the perfect replacement for a paper towel.  Take it in your purse, gym bag, wherever, it replaces paper towels and leaves no foot print.  It’s also printed with eco-friendly dyes.  You can customize your towel to your liking-how cool!  It even comes in a handy dandy little bag.  I’m a huge fan of conserving and going green if you haven’t noticed and this company takes it to the next level!

This was a quote from People Towel’s website: “Since 2009, they estimate that PeopleTowels users have diverted close to 5 million pounds of paper towel waste.”

Pretty incredible!  Can you say stocking stuffer?

Good Common Sense Naturals Tidy Pumpkin Hand Sanitizer– This stuff smells like pumpkin pie!  I can’t get enough.  This hand sanitizer is completely natural and free from any harsh chemicals.  I love the travel size as well.  It also moisturizes my hands with the aloe vera in it.  I’m hooked and want to try a ton of their other products!

Beatnik Naturals Herbal Facial Steam– I love a good facial steaming sesh!  It resets my face, my mind and just makes me feel like I’m in a spa.  These little herbal steam packets didn’t disappoint.  My skin felt renewed and revived.  The perfect treat for this tired mama(I have a 7 week old)!  I added them to a boiling pot of water and let it sit for a bit and then put a towel over my face as I breathed in the aroma.  I love that it’s made with organic herbs and flowers and made fresh as well.  The potency comes out in the steam.  Such a fun product to get in my Kloverbox!

That sums up my review of Kloverbox.  If you haven’t subscribed yet, be sure to check out their website and get your first box here!  Have you used any of these products?  Also, be sure to checkout my Instagram for a giveaway of the October Kloverbox!!

I would love to try the Yoga DVD. I have been doing more of intense bootcamp workouts lately. While those are great I need Yoga back in my life.

I would love to try the Good Common Sense hand sanitizer. When I started to learn about all the toxins in our daily products I was bummed to find out the truth about conventional hand sanitizer. I always had some in my purse and I’ve been looking for a cleaner option to replace the conventional brand I used
