Matt Angove, ND received his medical training at Bastyr University the premier medical school for natural health training and one of only four fully accredited naturopathic doctorate schools.

He did his undergraduate studies at Oral Robert’s University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science with pre-medicine emphasis.  Before transferring to Oral Robert’s after his sophomore year he attended Warner Pacific College where along with nutrition studies also played basketball and ran for the cross country team.

    Does he have any mental health credentials? I’m curious how in depth he will touch on anxiety, symptoms of and coping skills. I love that he will be sharing a more natural approach but I find a lot of information on anxiety touches more on the day to day stresses and never the dibilitating anxiety that others struggle with. Which is still important but also leaves most people assuming that there is t really a difference between the two and creates the whole “oh we all have anxiety” type response to someone who is genuinely disabled from their symptoms.

      Hi Katharine! Thanks for the comment. He is a naturopathic physician and isn’t a psychiatrist if that’s what you’re asking. It was a very well rounded discussion where he talked about varying degrees of anxiety. I think you’ll find it insightful!
