 width=So excited to share this podcast with you!  I had the pleasure of interviewing Justine Stenger.  Justine shares her own story of health, breaks down the AIP diet, shares her nuggets on eating real food, prenatal tips, and so much more!  I absolutely loved having her on the podcast.  Her enthusiasm for real food is contagious!  You don’t want to miss this episode.  It’s so good!

Justine is a certified GAPS Practitioner, Certified Gluten Practitioner, she has her CME credits through the Academy of Pediatric Special Needs and is part of the Weston A Price Foundation.  She’s also completed her education in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.  She’s currently working on a masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Besides preparing meals daily for clients, Justine also helps educate women who plan to have children on the power of food as medicine and helps them prepare their bodies nutritionally. Her mantra is, “Let food be thy medicine.”
