Sharing 7 habits for health in my recent video!  It’s still a pretty young year and what better way to start if off then to think about what health habits you’re applying in your life.  Often we can not give thought to what we our doing on a consistent basis but this makes such a difference!  When you have healthy habits in your life you’re going to feel better- surprise, surprise!  It will be a lot easier to crush your other goals when you are at your optimal health.

In today’s video I’m sharing 7 habits for health that have made the biggest difference in my life.  Theses habits are going to carry me through 2021 and help me feel my best.  After all, if you don’t feel good, you’re not going to feel like doing much else.

  2. Exercise
  3. Get good sleep
  4. Say No
  5. De-clutter your life
  6. Know what you’re putting on your body
  7. Get ready for the day
