Habits & Routines

This is a topic that might seem odd to talk about but it’s actually the one thing that I find has helped my clients that I’ve worked with the most and also completely changed their lives.  It’s easy to talk about all the natural products you should get, food you should eat, kid’s products to buy, etc.

Morning Routine

This is probably one of the most important routines in my opinion for living out a natural lifestyle.  It sets you up for the day and really gets you moving in the right direction.  Once having kids it’s become even more crucial for an effective day. 

Food Routines

This one definitely is a big one for most people.  A lack of a food routine can really effect your life in a negative way.  Planning out your food for the week is critical to eating nutrient dense food.  I shared in January about meal prep. but this really goes so much further than just meal prep. 

House Routine

This has been one that really didn’t happen for me until after I had kids and then I realized how beneficial it is!  Having a house routine creates so much order and makes sure things get done.  Plus, it has allowed me to know what natural products I really need and which ones I don’t.  

Night Routine
