Meet the GGG Team

Suzi

CEO-Founder

Starting a blog was the next step in sharing the message of a natural lifestyle to a larger audience. When my friends kept telling me to start a blog, I knew they were on to something. Fast forward 8 years and here we are!

I guess you could say blogging was meant to be from the start. It blends my expertise in so many areas into one. With a background in the beauty industry for the last 18 years as a hairstylist, esthetician and nail tech and a BS in PR/Marketing you could say blogging was the perfect career path.

You’ll find reviews, research driven posts, tutorials, and some fun clean beauty posts mixed into GGG. After all, we don’t take ourselves too seriously over here! We want this to be a fun place for you to learn and grow in your time. Thanks for stopping by!

Becky

Operations Manager

Becky joined my team in October of 2020. She not only comes with an educational background in the natural health sciences, but also continues to work on living a more natural lifestyle that she began to implement 9 years ago before becoming pregnant and then as a new mom. Her role has evolved over the past year with Gurl Gone Green and we have settled on Operations Manager as the title. She takes care of anything from Social Media Management to Content Creation for the Blog to Collaborations with Brands as well as trying to keep me organized ; ) When she isn’t working, she is busy with her 2 kiddos and her husband. They love trying new recipes, going for bike rides, playing at the park and watching movies together.

Cali

Chief Financial Officer

She keeps all the finances and numbers in order for the blog. She is a constant resource of knowledge when it comes to leveraging the business and bouncing ideas off of. I can’t recommend her enough if you are a blogger yourself or a business owner and want someone to help you manage your finances.

Violet

Beautycounter Assistant

She is my sister and a huge help to my Beautycounter side of the blog. She oversees all of Beautycounter interactions and is the one keeping track of orders, sending thank you notes and answering emails. Her background is in organization and she definitely keeps me organized when it comes to my Beautycounter business. If you haven’t checked out Beautycounter, be sure to check out my blog post on why I joined here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any coupon codes?

Yes, you can find all our coupon codes here.

I’m feeling overwhelmed when it comes to detoxing my life, where should I start?
Great question! We always say start with one product at a time. As you run out of products, replace them. For example, if your toothpaste runs out this month, replace it. The next month, replace another product. Remember living out a natural lifestyle is a lifelong destination, not a sprint.
