If you follow me on Instagram stories you know I’ve been raving about this hair turban- obsessed! I have tried countless hair turbans in my day and I always have the same problem. They end up falling off my head! My hair is fine and thin, so that may have something to do with it. I was intrigued by the Aquis because it had a button and loop closure- genius! No more relying on just a twist and tuck to keep my hair in place. I use this after I shower to help towel dry my hair before blow drying but I also love it for keeping hair out of my face when I mask. Can’t get enough! Get your Aquis Hair Turban here!
I’ve been on the hunt for a texture paste that works and isn’t going to blow the budget. Well, I finally found one! I had heard good things about Max Green Alchemy Scalp Rescue Texture Paste and was excited it lived up to the hype. It comes in tube form and retails for $14.99, but at Pharmaca they are always having discounts so you can usually get it for 20% off! This works on my husband’s hair to give him a nice textured look and some decent hold without it looking wet or crispy. It also works on my hair too. I take a small dime size amount and rub through my hands. After, curling I take my hands and work it through to piece out the curls and add some texture and hold. A great product all around and at a great price! Get your Max Green Alchemy here!
LOVE this brush! I’ve been looking for a good hair dryer brush since my old one mysteriously disappeared…thanks to my girls! This brush is specifically designed for blow drying hair. It has a hole in the middle that helps the air flow through easier, so your hair dries faster. Plus, it doesn’t feel too harsh on the scalp or pull the hair where it hurts. I turn my head upside down when blow drying to get the most volume since my hair is fine and thin. I just brush my hair down as I blow dry my hair. This brush makes blow drying my hair easy and quick! Can’t recommend it enough. Get your Ecotools blow dry brush here!
I’ve sampled this before but not enough to really have a good idea of how it would be. My mom absolutely loves this tinted moisturizer! She likes it because she says it doesn’t show her fine lines as much. A lot of foundations she always complains the product settles in here fine lines. This gives you some sun protection too with an SPF of 30. It comes in 4 different shades. I chose the Sand. It feels really good on the skin- definitely hydrating. It offers light coverage but does give an overall polished look. A great option for spring and summer days but also for days when you’re not going anywhere and you just want some light coverage. Get your Juice Beauty Tinted Mineral Moisturizer here!
I had to try this mascara! I had heard about it for a while. I’m always on the lookout for a new mascara. I have a whole mascara guide here! I’m constantly trying new mascaras in green beauty and adding them to my mascara guide. Be sure to check it out if you haven’t found one you like. The wand of this mascara is thinner. It’s great for getting all the lashes since it’s thinner and narrower. I really noticed how easy it was to lengthen with this mascara. I would let my lashes sit for a minute and let them dry, then go back in with the brush and just hit the tips to lengthen. The formula overall is a little more wet at first but the more you use it and air gets to it, it get’s a little drier. I noticed a little smudging at first but once I used the product more, the smudging got less because the formula was drier. Get your Antonym Lola mascara here!
