In episode #38 we are learning the power of plant based eating with Laura Wright.  Laura is a chef that enjoys cooking with natural, plant-based foods, eating seasonally, and sharing wholesome meals with the people in her life.  She lives in the Niagara region of southern Ontario. She went to culinary school, but learned considerably more about food and being in the world from working in restaurants and growing up with agriculture. She has a staggeringly huge collection of cookbooks and food-related literature.  She started a blog called The First Mess where she shares her sincere appreciation and thoughtful writings on food.  Her stuff has been featured on The Huffington Post, SAVEUR, Epicurious, GOOP, the Food & Wine Blog, The Washington Post, America’s Test KitchenThe GuardianThe Kitchn, Food 52A Cup of Jo, The Food Network Blog, Greatist, mindbodygreen, and a few other places.
